Ecommerce store Hayashi.cz provides equipment for martial arts, karate, box, kick-box or MMA. They are one of the most prominent stores of this kind in the Czech Republic but they started facing a challenge of stagnating sales. The store was in need of a new marketing direction. Grizzlink developed a brand new marketing strategy for both the Czech market and the market overseas.
Our approach
In order to determine the best course of action for the Hayashi brand, we started with a marketing strategy audit and renovation. We diligently explored the market, defined brand goals and described customer segments based on their needs.
Outcome
Up to this point Hayashi.cz was built solely on performance marketing. As it happens with this kind of approach, the sales started to stagnate after a while. The new strategy therefore consisted of both achieving short-term sales goals and building a brand in the long-term. All of which through social media.
