Satellite and Internet TV provider DIGI TV has chosen Grizzlink as their new strategic and creative agency. We conduct research, formulate strategy and manage the brand communication campaigns.
Our approach
In the beginning, the main focus was on formulating the right objectives and exploring DIGI TV’s customer base. Through a deep customer research we pinpointed customers’ motivations and barriers, and we identified DIGI TV’s competitive edges.
Finally we put together an effective social media plan based on thorough quantitative research and brand analysis.
Outcome
The entire communication plan was based on solid strategic foundations. We create content for the current customer base, but more importantly for new potential customers. We create brand awareness, introduce attractive product benefits and we build adequate brand associations. Given the budget restrictions, the main metric to optimize is price per lead.
At the beginning of 2019 DIGI TV became Telly. We took care of the rebranding and the following communication.
